TAREKAT GHAZALIYAH – IJTIMAK KE-5 : Ucapan Ustaz Dzul al-Ghazali (wakil talkin Malaysia)
Alhamdulillah. All praise is due to Allah SWT. He is the one who illuminates the hearts of His servants with the light of ma’rifah. Selawat and salam be upon the great Prophet Muhammad SAW, who guides the ummah towards the True Light.
Dear brothers and sisters, we gather in this ijtimak of the Ghazaliyah Sufi Order – a spiritual gathering that unites sufi students in the bond of mahabbah and zikrullah. The Ghazaliyah Sufi Order, as passed down by Imam al-Ghazali, emphasizes purification of the heart, appreciation of knowledge, and the practice of good manners both inwardly and outwardly.
This ijtimak is not just an ordinary meeting, but a tazkiyah and muhasabah ceremony - so that we can correct and straighten our intentions or niat, increase our spirit of mujahadah, and strengthen our love for Allah and Rasul.
Let us continue to follow the path of al-Ghazaliyah with sincerity, without personal interests, accompanied by mujahadah and muraqabah. May our souls return to Allah in a state of contentment and approval from Him – redha dan diredhai.
Let us unite our hearts and actions to continue the continuity and success of the Ghazaliyah Sufi Order. No one else will fight for it but ourselves. We do not just fight for ourselves, but also fight for others, that is, fight for ummah.
In Surah al-Muddaththir verses 1 and 2, Allah SWT says: “You, wrapped in your cloak!Arise and give warning!”
